Payments - How to pay course fees
1) The course fee may be paid via credit or debit card on the website. For a bank transfer or PayPal, you need to contact VIFHE Admissions.
2) Upon successful completion of the payment, a receipt will be automatically generated, and a confirmation email indicating successful payment will be sent to your registered email address.
3) Course access will be withdrawn if the payment is not received within 05 working days of enrollment.
Course Access - Rules for accessing courses
1) Course access is granted automatically upon successful completion of payment.
2) Access to the course contents will be revoked at the end of the examination week of the enrolled attempt.
3) The first device used to access the course content will be registered and locked as the authorised device for the student’s account.
Refunds - Policy for fee refunds
1) The course fee is non-refundable.
2) The institute will not be responsible if a student forgets to apply a coupon code at the time of payment.
3) If a student makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount may be used as credit towards enrollment in another subject or applied to a future examination attempt.
Payment Plan - Installment payment options
1) The course fee may be paid in two equal installments: 50% at the time of enrollment and the remaining 50% on the same date of the following month.
2) Choosing a payment plan makes you ineligible for any additional discounts.
Course Replacement - Switching courses or subjects
1) Regular course replacement (changing from one language or subject to another) can be done within 10 days of enrollment without any charge.
2) Course replacement after 10 days of enrollment is allowed for a fee equal to 20% of the original course fee; no additional discounts apply.
3) Each student is allowed only one course replacement.
4) Course transfer shall not be permitted if fewer than 30 days remain before the expiry of the current course enrollment period.
Course Freezing - Pausing course enrollment
1) The course may be paused within 10 days of enrollment, free of charge.
2) Freezing the course after 10 days of enrollment is permitted for a fee equal to 20% of the original course fee, payable at the time of resumption; no additional discount applies.
3) A course may be frozen and resumed only once, and resumption shall be permitted solely for the next scheduled examination attempt. Deferral to any subsequent examination attempt shall not be allowed.
4) Course freezing shall not be permitted if fewer than 30 days remain before the expiry of the current course enrollment period.
Course Extension - Course access for another attempt
1) The course access can be extended by paying an additional 50% of the original course fee; no additional discounts apply.
2) Each course may be extended once only.
3) Extensions do not apply to revision and mock courses.
Course Promotion - Terms for discounted courses
Please note that no extensions, freezing, or refunds are applicable for courses purchased under any promotion.
VIFHE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the course constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
